Terms of service
These terms apply when you book, order or hire from Ayana Gardens.
Reservations
Table reservations are held for 30 minutes past the booked time unless you let us know you are running late. Large group bookings may require confirmation by phone.
Orders and prices
Menu prices are in Kenya Shillings and may change without notice. Item availability depends on daily stock; sold-out items are marked on the order page.
Events, catering and tent hire
Event, catering and tent hire bookings are confirmed once a deposit is paid. Final guest numbers should be confirmed at least 72 hours before the event. Cancellation terms are set out in your written quote.
Use of the premises
Children in the playground remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians. Ayana Gardens is not liable for personal property left on the premises.
